Vijai Marine Shipyards, owned and operated by Vijai Marine Services, is a ISO 9001:2008 certified private sector shipyard established in 1985 by Mr. Jairam I. Dialani.

The company undertakes turn key projects, involving Design, Construction, Commissioning and Delivery of Marine Crafts and Floating Vessels for coastal and inland operations.

The core strength of the company is the team work and ability to design – build vessels catering to the specific requirements of clients and statutory bodies and delivery them on schedule.

Dedicated and independent Quality Control & Assurance Department involved at all stages of vessel construction ensures effective control on each ship component process and standards it needs to conform to.
